International Conference Services Ltd. is the official housing bureau for the World Association for the Advancement of Veterinary Parasitology (WAAVP) and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the conference. Special rates and added complimentary amenities will only be available to delegates who book through the official housing bureau. Although we have done our due diligence and negotiated the lowest possible group rates, we cannot predict future offers made by competing hotels. However, we urge all sponsors and delegates to support the conference and book through the official housing bureau.
WARNING: We are aware that illegitimate companies (such as Business Travel Management) are targeting our speakers, delegates, sponsors and exhibitors, calling to ‘offer’ to set you up with accommodation. These companies are often fraudulent. Please note that they are not affiliated with us and that the only way to register & book accommodation will be only through the Conference website.
Student accommodation is based on shared occupancy (2 to 4 individuals). Don’t have a roommate? Post in our Facebook page to find a roommate to share a room with during the conference. One student will have to give their credit card details when reserving a room.
